Jason Pierantozzi is a Certified Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) and the Songahm style of Tae Kwon Do.  He achieved his 1st Degree Black Belt in April of 2001 and his Instructor Certification in April of 2002.  He became the Ohio State Champion for Men’s 30-34 1st Degree in Sparring in June 2002.  He has continued training and earned his 3rd Degree Black Belt in April of 2008 and is on track to test for his 4th Degree in 2011.

Jason is a native of New Jersey who attended Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, OH.  He graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism with a minor in Sports Medicine.

The Brecksville Taekwondo Program was started by Mr. Pierantozzi in the spring of 2003 as Club program #2269 of the ATA.  As part of a national organization, Brecksville Taekwondo members have the opportunity to participate in local, regional and national tournaments and training events.  We also participate in city events such as parades and we perform a demonstration at the annual Brecksville Home Days summer festival.
